Rebecca “Beckie” Amaral, Owner of Amaral Associates, Inc., brings more than 27 years of experience supporting elders and individuals with disabilities. Her career began in the office of a certified elder law attorney, where she gained extensive knowledge in estate planning, MassHealth (Medicaid) planning and applications, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and probate administration.
In 2012, Beckie founded Amaral Associates, Inc., driven by a commitment to provide compassionate, reliable, and ethical support to vulnerable adults. Since then, she has assisted more than 300 elderly and disabled individuals, serving in roles such as Guardian, Conservator, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Proxy. Beckie has also acted as Personal Representative for clients who passed away without anyone to manage their final affairs, ensuring their estates were handled with dignity and respect.
Amaral Associates, Inc. is also an organizational payee for the Social Security Administration, serving as Representative Payee for clients who require assistance managing their benefits and financial responsibilities.
In 2022, Beckie expanded her mission of service by founding One Last Gift Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance for funeral and burial expenses for deceased elderly and disabled individuals who lack the means to pay for their own final arrangements. As a professional Guardian and Conservator working closely with this growing population, Beckie saw firsthand how many individuals
pass away without resources or family support. Her desire to ensure that every person receives a dignified final farewell inspired the creation of
One Last Gift Foundation, Inc.
