Power of Attorney & Health Care Proxy Services

Personal Representative / Estate Administration

When an individual passes away without family or someone able to manage their final affairs, Amaral Associates, Inc. can serve as Personal Representative of the estate. Services include:

Coordinating funeral or burial arrangements
Working with attorneys, creditors, and the Probate Court
